Peaches ‘n Cream Toast
- 2 slices whole grain or gluten free bread
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or skyr
- 1 peach peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp low-sugar coconut or granola of choice
- Toast bread to desired crispness.
- Divide plain yogurt and spread half on each piece of toast.
- Add sliced peaches to the middle of each piece.
- Sprinkle granola and/or coconut on top, and enjoy!
