Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain or gluten free bread
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or skyr
  • 1 peach peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp low-sugar coconut or granola of choice

Instructions

  • Toast bread to desired crispness.
  • Divide plain yogurt and spread half on each piece of toast.
  • Add sliced peaches to the middle of each piece.
  • Sprinkle granola and/or coconut on top, and enjoy!
