Homemade Paleo Flour Blend

Homemade Paleo Flour Blend  There are a number of reasons someone could need to follow a grain free diet, and often that means expensive grain free or paleo baking mixes. My homemade paleo flour blend is easy to mix and if you shop in the bulk section at your local store, much more affordable than buying mixes. Try the mix below in any of these recipes:

Paleo Blueberry Breakfast Bars

Paleo Lemon Poppyseed Bread

Paleo Fig Bars

Paleo Sweet Potato Spice Muffins

Simply add up the total volume of the different flours called for in a recipe and substitute for an equal volume of my homemade paleo flour blend. Note: I do not include xanthan gum in this blend. If a recipe calls for it, make sure to include it.
