32 years living with type 1 diabetes 🤯 I remember in elementary school having to leave class ( but I always got to take a buddy 👯‍♀️) to go to the nurses office to test my blood sugar and so she could give me my insulin before lunch… except the meters took like three full minutes and were the size of a brick. Crazy how far things have come! ❤️

1 seedless cucumber
1/3 red onion
1 red bell pepper
Black olives
Feta
Turkey
1/4 cup salad dressing of choice
