Who says you can’t have cookies n’ cream for breakfast?! This gluten free, vegan cookies ‘n cream smoothie is so delicious and rich, it’s sure to get your day off on the right foot!

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Oats

1 tbsp. Nutiva chia seeds

3 medjool dates, pits removed

2 Tbsp dairy free chocolate chips

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and process for 60 seconds. Enjoy!
