1 frozen banana

1/4 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Oats

1 tbsp. Nutiva chia seeds

3 medjool dates, pits removed

2 Tbsp dairy free chocolate chips

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and process for 60 seconds. Enjoy!
