1 1/2 lbs organic ground beef
1/2 cup Namaste Foods Quinoa Flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix together with your hands until fully combined. Form into parties. Pan fry or grill to desired done-ness and enjoy!
