Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast to enjoy on a busy morning. They are great to grab-n-go. Prep one for each morning of the week to ensure you get a balanced start to your day regardless of how much time you have in the morning!

Each recipe pictured is 350-450 calories. Combine all ingredients in a 8-12oz glass container. Place lid on and shake well to combine ingredients. Store with the lid on in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, and up to one week, before enjoying. Eat them cold as is, or add an additional 1/2 cup liquid and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes to enjoy them hot!
