Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain or gluten free bread
  • 2 Tbsp mashed avocado
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter of choice
  • Unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Toast bread to desired crispness.
  • Spread avocado on half of the toast and peanut butter on the other half.
  • Carefully pour chia seeds in the center, as shown.
  • Sprinkle peanut butter side with unsweetened coconut. Enjoy!
