Avocado Peanut Butter Toast
- 1 slice whole grain or gluten free bread
- 2 Tbsp mashed avocado
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter of choice
- Unsweetened coconut
- Toast bread to desired crispness.
- Spread avocado on half of the toast and peanut butter on the other half.
- Carefully pour chia seeds in the center, as shown.
- Sprinkle peanut butter side with unsweetened coconut. Enjoy!
