2 slices whole grain or gluten free bread
1/4 cup plain yogurt or skyr
4-5 mint leaves
1/4 cup low sugar or grain free granola
Toast bread to desired crispness. Divide plain yogurt and spread half on each piece of toast. Add berries, mint leaves, and granola. Enjoy!
