1-2 Fuji apples
All natural peanut butter (I use this one)
Chopped medjool dates
Other topping options: granola, nuts, coconut
Slice your apples horizontally to produce round “chips” for your nachos, or use a spiralizer for thin strings. If you will not be eating them right away, squirt them with a little lemon juice to prevent browning. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, or other nut butter, medjool dates, cacao nibs, or even your favorite granola. Enjoy!
